About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Manager to join our team at an elderly nursing home located in Pinner, UK / Harrow, UK. As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This is a full-time position, with flexible hours and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of nurses and healthcare assistantsCreate and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all timesConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffEnsure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standardsDevelop and implement care plans for each residentMonitor and maintain resident records and documentationCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for residentsHandle any resident or family complaints or concerns in a timely and professional mannerOversee medication administration and ensure proper protocols are followedParticipate in the recruitment and training of new nursing staffMaintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staffRequirements:
