Operations Administration Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced Business Administration Manager. This role is super variety and would suit somebody who has a varied work history managing a large variety of tasks. This role includes office management, HR admin, recruitment, events management and much more!

You will be responsible  for the day to day running of the office operation. Team morale, team building days, setting up IT equipment and making sure the business is running to its ultimate level and staff are happy and motivated!

Duties include:  

  • Attending senior meetings
  • Managing the office, ordering suppliers, IT equipment and keeping up with office maintenance and health and safety checks
  • Recruitment -  interviewing, onboarding new starters and holding exit interviews
  • HR administration and first point of contact for HR queries and enquiries
  • Reviewing and developing company policies and handbooks
  • Manage and supervise office administrator
  • Managing staff holiday requests
  • Reviewing company benefits and benchmarking
  • Events management
