Job Purpose
- Support a portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor.
- Work closely with the Client Manager and Partners to support the commercial aspects of portfolio management.
- Review accounts files and support the tax planning process.
- Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
- Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
- Supporting the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion.
- Set an example as a hands-on team player.

Job Requirements
- ACCA or ACA qualified with previous practice experience.
- A proven track record of supporting clients.
- Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbally.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and an enthusiasm to support business growth.
- Friendly and professional demeanour, able to inspire a team.
- Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work autonomously.
- Able to confidently work closely with Partners.
