The Company:
A well established, Global Marketing Promotions agency. The company offer hybrid working, ideally 3 days per week in the office, based a 1-minute walk from the Tube station in leafy Pinner, North London, about 25 minutes from Baker Street on the Metropolitan line.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking to fill an important and challenging role in the Finance Team.
The Role:
Working as part of the Finance team and across the business, the Finance Business Partner will act as the link between Finance and Sales/Ops.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of Gross Margin within the P&L
- Lead monthly meetings with Sales/Ops teams to establish how much revenue and GM to release
- Build, develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Be the expert on all things project management related on the Finance System
- Be part of implementation team for rollout of new project management software
- Daily checking/posting of sales invoices
- Credit control
The ideal candidate will possess robust commercial acumen and demonstrate key skills in analytical thinking, excellent communication, and effective problem-solving. This is a newly created role within the commercial finance function.
Requirements:
- Qualified/part qualified accountant
- Project accounting & revenue/GM recognition
- Advance excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and producing quality work
- Able to remain focused on completing responsibilities despite distractions, pressures or changes
