The role:
- You will be responsible for managing client enquiries and the advice process end-to-end
- With the support of a wider administration team, you’ll be able to focus on the advice process and on the customer experience
- You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value quality service
- Undertaking pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leads and introducer agreements
- You will be responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business
- Delivering outstanding levels of personal and professional integrity, updating knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products
- Preparing sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their financial goals and conducting ongoing reviews
- Generating new business by developing relationships and referral opportunities
