We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Centre Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with parents and students, supporting tutors, and managing various departmental duties. Your leadership will be crucial in driving results and achieving our strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:·        Relationships: Build strong relationships with parents, students, and tutors to ensure the centre's success.·        Operations: Effectively organise and operate the centre to deliver high-quality education and customer service.·        Teams and Management: Lead and inspire project teams, providing guidance and support for their growth and development.·        Business Development: Develop and implement strategies with colleagues to achieve departmental and organisational objectives.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2:1 OR 2+ years of proven managerial experience in the education industry.- UK GCSE qualifications, Grade B+ or 6+ in English and Maths.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Benefits:- Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum.- Collaborative and supportive work environment focused on career progression and personal growth.- Structured training programme- Dynamic working day with great pay progression opportunities.- Opportunity to Work from Home- Salary Increase- PromotionApplication Criteria:- Must have obtained GCSEs from the UK.- Must live close to or be willing to relocate to Pinner.- Must never have been disqualified from working with children or vulnerable people.- Must be able to provide professional references upon request.- Must be willing to work Monday-Thursday 11am-7:30pm and Saturday 9am-4:30pm
