Role Responsibilities- Leading and managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory services
- Acting as a strategic advisor to clients on business structure, growth, tax planning, and financial performance
- Overseeing and developing a team of managers and senior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Contributing to the development and execution of the firm’s business strategy
- Identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships
- Working closely with other Directors and Partners on firm-wide planning and innovation

Candidate Requirements- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- A strong background in general practice or business advisory, with exposure to complex compliance and strategic advisory work
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing client relationships at a senior level
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities for client growth and service improvement
- A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- A desire to play a long-term role in the growth and direction of a successful and ambitious firm
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
- Permanent, full-time role
