Bennett and Game are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive SHEQ Manager to join our client's team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Managing and Operational Directors, you will play a key role in supporting a workforce of approximately 80 personnel, including workshop, site, and office staff. Additionally, you will provide SHEQ support for subcontractors working on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
- Prepare detailed method statements and risk assessments.
- Attend site meetings and represent the company at client H&S meetings.
- Chair monthly H&S management meetings and drive discussions on improvement strategies.
- Ensure all employees are trained and competent in their roles, maintaining the training matrix.
- Deliver company inductions and refresher sessions.
- Conduct site audits and oversee safety management of subcontractors.
- Maintain company accreditations and coordinate annual audits.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
- Membership with IOSH at Technical level or above.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Proven background in construction health and safety.
- Excellent Communication

- Degree in a relevant health and safety discipline.
- Highways, Roads, or Infrastructure experience
