O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a residential developer who have an RC Frame High rise project in the North-West area. They currently have a requirement for an internals site manager on a long term self employed basis

As Internal Site Manager you will oversee blocks of flats from core to handover.

The successful Internals manager will have:

• Prior experience managing from 1st fix to handover
• Prior experience working on high volume residential schemes for developers or principle contractors
• Experience working for a leading developer
• Steady work history with long stints in each job
