Job title: Site Manager
Pay: £250 -£290 a day
Location: Pinner
Duration: 6 weeks
O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager to work with a main contractor on a residential site in North London. They are looking for someone with experience of strip-outs and site clearances to manage this process for around 6 weeks.
To be considered you must have extensive experience working in the construction industry as a Site Manager and you must have Asbestos Awareness, CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid etc
The successful Site Manager must have:
- Over 4-year experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
- Able to commute to the site
- Be happy to provide previous employers as an informal reference
- The necessary site tickets (SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness)
