Our client are a fast expanding commercial catering Engineering firm who are based near Pinner who, due to expansion, are looking to hire their next engineer. They are a small team who are responsible for repairing the commercial ovens of some the biggest and most prestigious hospitality clients in central London.
The Role:
- Commercial Catering Engineer required to cover planned and reactive service, maintenance, installation and repair of commercial catering equipment.
- Service and Maintenance of commercial Catering equipment
- Repairing Mainly Commercial Hot Ovens
- 90% of work is in central London
- Repair of equipment like Combi Ovens, Oven Ranges, Tandori Ovens, Rabata Grills, Hot Holding Cupboard etc
- Repairing brands like Teigo, Raglan, Clay Oven Co, Blue Seal, LinCat, Electrolux, Fanac etc
- Fault finding on both electrical and gas commercial catering equipment inc Refrigeration.
- Working mainly within hotels and restaurants across a number of key sites in London including Schools and Mobile Catering vans.
- LPG would be an advantage.
- Hours 0500 to 1400 everyday
- Weekend Rota - 1 in 3 weekends
- Overtime is Time and Half in Week and Double Time at Weekends
The Person:
- Commercial Catering Oven Engineer
- It is expected that the engineer will hold COMCAT 1, 2, 3 and 5.
- Relevant electrical experience (17th, 16th, 15th edition, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics would be an advantage).
