The role requires strong experience in processing payroll from end to end, along with pension administration.
Candidates should have the ability to perform manual calculations and support with annual returns to HMRC, including Year End processes.
The position offers an impressive holiday and pension entitlement, with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience is required for this role.

· Strong experience processing payroll from end to end

· Strong experience with pension administration

· Administrating new starter documentation and processing required leaver paperwork

· Processing holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments and statutory deductions

· Processing P45, P60, P11D

· Submitting monthly PAYE and pension contributions on schedule

· Provide advice to employees and managers in relation to pay, taxation and national insurance

· Ability to perform manual calculations of payments when needed

· Support with annual returns to HMRC including Year End processes and procedures

· Reconciling payroll reports and monthly journals

· Experience in processing payroll via timesheet

· Supporting the Head of Finance with ad hoc analysis, reporting and projects

· Posting intercompany recharges

· Staying up to date with changes in payroll and pension legislation and best practices
