Salary: 13 - 15 per hour
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing sectors, especially those with clean room experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing support and guidance to meet production targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and quickly resolve any production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare necessary reports.
- Conduct routine inspections of the production area to ensure cleanliness and equipment functionality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of GMP and experience working in clean room environments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in production management software is a plus.
- Competitive salary of 13 - 15 per hour.
