Job Opportunity: Electrical Assembly Technician
Location: Pershore
Hourly Rate: 14 - 17 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexibility may be required).

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Assembly Technicianto join a dynamic team in Pershore. This role involves working on complex electro/mechanical assemblies, prototypes, and wiring looms, with a focus on precision and expertise.
The successful candidate will play a key role in manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing specialised systems both on-site and off-site. You will also contribute to installations, technical documentation, and product training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and test high-complexity electro/mechanical assemblies and wiring looms.
  • Work on 1st off/prototype assemblies, including creating necessary technical documentation.
  • Operate and maintain hand and machine tools, jigs, fixtures, and other equipment.
  • Interpret and follow electro/mechanical drawings and procedures.
  • Perform soldering and apply adhesives/coatings to a high standard.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults in assemblies and systems.
  • Support off-site installations and repairs.
  • Assist in delivering training on products and systems.

You should have:
  • A strong understanding of technical documentation, tools, and equipment.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality assembly and soldering work.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex electro/mechanical systems.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
