We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Pershore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries, particularly those with experience in clean room environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise production workflows and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of the production area to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of GMP and experience working in a clean room environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using production management software is an advantage.
