Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm
- Week 2: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm
- Week 3: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm
- Week 4: Sunday – Thursday, 10pm – 6am
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot machinery issues to identify root causes and perform repairs.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritise and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and recommend improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
