- Assisting clients with their requirements and supporting with the provision of professional guidelines
- Handle the administration of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
- Proactively promote products and services that will meet the clients' requirements
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging products to provide informed advice to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Telephone and written customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- IT skills, particularly MS Office packages
- Administration competency
- Enthusiasm and motivation to develop a career within the insurance industry
