  • Assisting clients with their requirements and supporting with the provision of professional guidelines
  • Handle the administration of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
  • Proactively promote products and services that will meet the clients' requirements
  • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging products to provide informed advice to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Telephone and written customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • IT skills, particularly MS Office packages
  • Administration competency
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to develop a career within the insurance industry
