The Bodyshop Advisor will need to have a proven track record working as a Receptionist or Customer Service Advisor, within the automotive industry. You will be working in a busy, fast-paced environment helping to ensure set targets and deadlines are met. Our client would be interested in speaking to people looking for a change of career.
Duties of a Bodyshop Receptionist:
- Carry out general Bodyshop reception duties.
- Build rapport and qualify the customer's requirements.
- Check in customers and recovered vehicles.
- Update customers on progress and check customer satisfaction on completion.
- Speak with and update insurance companies on timeframes for their policyholders' vehicle repairs.
- Maintain exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Prioritise workloads to ensure targets are achieved in a timely manner.
- Meet and greet customers on-site.
- Eye for Detail.
- Quality Awareness.
- Communication Skills.
- Multi-Tasking.
