In this role, you will be responsible for preparing statutory accounts, assisting with client queries, and supporting the senior team with a varied portfolio of clients. This position would suit a candidate with prior experience in a UK accountancy practice, who is either AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/ACA, or qualified by experience. Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Supporting senior team members with tax compliance and advisory work
- Assisting with management accounts preparation
- Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and provide advice
- Supporting junior staff and assisting with their development
Requirements
- AAT qualified or ACA student (or QBE)
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work
