Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and large groups, to manage accounts, tax matters, and audits
- Plan and oversee non-complex assignments to ensure completion within deadlines and budgets
- Prepare final accounts and audit packs for review and manage relationships with client teams up to financial controller level
- Coach and supervise junior staff, fostering development through on-the-job training
- Engage in proactive client communication, addressing needs and finding opportunities to add value

Candidate Requirements- 3+ years of practice experience in audit and/or accounts (audit experience not essential—we can help develop it)
- Part or newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or AAT, with strong technical knowledge and client service skills
- Effective communicator with experience in client management and relationship building
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to meeting client and team goals
- Team-oriented, positive, and eager to contribute to the firm’s inclusive culture
- ÂŁ35,000 to ÂŁ45,000 pa
- Permanent, full-time role
