Group Financial Controller

Group Finance Controller needed for a busy construction company in the Southwest who have grown rapidly and now have over 100 employees across all offices.
This role would be suited for someone who ideally has some construction experience, however FC’s from all industries will be considered. Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working in an option if preferred, however you must be willing to travel to the head office and regional offices throughout the month to meet the business needs.
Candidate Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong Excel and accounting software skills.
- Ideally Xero experience but not essential.
- Experience in system implementation and process review.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage annual budgets, short and long revenue forecasts.
- Develop, maintain and present cash flow forecasts.
- Partner with department heads on monthly commercial decisions.
- Present financial data to the Board and external stakeholders.
- Management of the accounts team and efficient delivery of all tasks.
- Liaise directly with external accountant.
