gap personnel Exeter, are currently recruiting for a Part Time experienced Scheduler / Administrator based in Plymouth, Devon.

We are looking for a candidate that can deliver a premium and efficient service to a full customer service base.

As a Scheduler / Administrator your duties will include:

  • Maintain high levels of communication.
  • To ensure all timesheets and payroll are processed efficiently in lines with company SOP’s & KPI’s.
  • Maintain customer / account details.
  • Coordinate all staff for sites nationally.
  • Booking transport
  • Recruitment of new staff members
  • Keep an up-to-date availability list
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and understand priorities.
  • Generate quotes and load new business opportunities for profit maximisation.
  • Provide full end to end customer service from point of contact to post -delivery communication.
  • Complaint Handling.

About You:

  • Ability to work at a high level in order entry and quotation generation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Pro-active and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time keeping.
  • IT Literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Account Management – Beneficial.

You should have relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment where you have assessed situations and made quick decisions.

Extensive administration experience, preferable within a recruitment environment, is desirable.

You will also need excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications, and strong organisational abilities to manage and prioritise your own workload.

Working Hours & Pay:

  • Hours: 2.5 days per week with the opportunity for an increase, 0900am – 1700pm 
  • £32,000 pro rata
