Support Specialist

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of applicant, loan, and product criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex pre-application queries.
  • Assist with escalated issues such as flood checks and loan processing queries.
  • Provide training and support to Loan Processors and Sales Administrators.
  • Maintain and update a knowledge base to assist Support Admin and processors.
  • Offer insights into broker trends and needs to stakeholders and management.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports and support referral clinics.
