Background –

This is a superb opportunity for a passionate Practice Nurse with strong Chronic Disease Management experience (Asthma required) to join a highly reputable and genuinely forward thinking GP Practice. The role is open to both full or part time with just one later evening per week until 8pm. Work alongside a strong team of other nurses as well as the wider MDT, progress and develop your career with strong support from the surgery and also have the opportunity to get involved in social events outside of work as well. Strong experience with Asthma is essential, however, you do not need the full Asthma diploma.

Salary – £36,500 - £42,500 per annum DOE FTE (£18.92-£21.82 DOE) + NHS pension + 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity
