Quality Engineer - Suppler

Are you looking for an exciting new role based in Plymouth, that will allow you to work closely with manufacturers and suppliers? Look no further, as we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Our company is a leading manufacturer in the manufacturing industry and we are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our suppliers to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inspection plans to ensure that the materials and products meet our company's quality standards. You will also have the opportunity to find new suppliers and gain approval for them, expanding our network of reliable partners.

One of the key responsibilities of this role is to work with suppliers to overcome any problems that may arise during the manufacturing process. You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to ensure that our production runs smoothly.

In addition, you will play a crucial role in managing the parts rejection process. This involves identifying the root cause of any rejected parts and working with the suppliers to find a solution. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be vital in ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards.

We are also looking for a Quality Engineer who is able to handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively. You will need to have exceptional communication skills to liaise with our customers and ensure that their concerns are addressed promptly and to their satisfaction.
