Join a rapidly expanding, award-winning RIBA chartered Architectural Consultancy in their Plymouth office. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and sustainable projects in the industry. The Plymouth office is growing quickly and is looking for talented individuals to join their dynamic team.Using Revit exclusively, it is preferred that the ideal candidate be proficient in this software, though it is not mandatory.You will join a friendly and sociable team that is expanding, primarily working on bespoke residential projects. Additionally, the practice engages in healthcare, education, and heritage projects.The Role:
  • Recognised RIBA Part 2 qualification
  • Assisting with design development, product information
  • Creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders
  • Excellent technical ability
  • Preferred experience within healthcare projects
  • Energy and enthusiasm to learn
  • Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
  • Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
  • Visit site for inspections
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ambition and willingness
  • Excellent communicator
