THE ROLE:
- 60% of your time is spent in the office providing remote support, and 40% of your time is spent on-site visiting customers. You'll go as far as Exeter and Cornwall.
- Beyond the usual 1st Line Support, the company has a strong emphasis on cyber security
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous IT support experience
- Knowledge of computer networks, servers and Office 365
- Car owner and driver
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Good sense of humour
- Able to gain an enhanced DBS check
- Currently local to Plymouth.
- 22,500 - 25,000, dependent on experience
- 22 days holiday + public holidays
