We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our new team a People's Coffee in Plymouth.

As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and ensuring an exceptional coffee journey for all customers.. ( and dogs!)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve amazing quality coffee, and other beverages.
  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the kitchen, coffee station, and seating area.
  • Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, even during busy times.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Contribute to creating a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience

Food safety level 2 / Natasha's law

Passion for coffee and customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent time-management skills.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
