My client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Admin to join their Administration Department. This role involves performing general administrative and accounts duties while providing support to the management team and directors as required. The successful candidate will be an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls, as well as manage email correspondence.
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients professionally.
  • Support the management team and colleagues with various administrative tasks.
  • Manage data entry and upkeep within our CRM system.
  • Handle general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and managers.
  • Maintain personnel files, holiday records, and HR documentation.
  • Manage office supply inventories and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Use QuickBooks to input supplier invoices and receipts, raise client invoices and statements, and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with the ongoing upkeep of company accreditations and internal ISO auditing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with responsibilities for accounts management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
