My client is seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join their team. Day-to-day of the role:- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to processing payments, maintaining financial records, and managing invoices.
- Handle general administrative duties to support the finance function.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing high-quality customer service.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the finance department.
- Utilise various software and tools to streamline financial processes and administrative tasks.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and general administration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
