My client is seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping skills, experience in general administration, and a knack for excellent communication and customer service. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to processing payments, maintaining financial records, and managing invoices.
  • Handle general administrative duties to support the finance function.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the finance department.
  • Utilise various software and tools to streamline financial processes and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and general administration.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
