The Role:

  • Responsibilities include but not limited to; Processing purchase invoices, resolve order and delivery discrepancies, supplier statement reconciliation, manage the debit note and quality reject process, assisting with payment runs and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, supporting the annual audit process
  • Up to £30,000 per annum dependant on experience
  • Company benefits include - Monthly bonus scheme, Christmas bonus, 33 days annual leave plus holiday purchasing scheme, life insurance 3x salary, pension contribution matched to 5%, flexible working
  • Monday - to Friday, 39 hours a week.

The person:

  • Previous experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • AAT (or currently working towards)
  • IT Literate (SAP or equivalent ERP system, Excel etc)
