Trainee Accounting Technician – Plymouth

 

£20,000 - £25,500 (Entry Level)

Kickstart your career in Corporate Tax with a fully funded AAT apprenticeship and hands-on experience! Based in Plymouth with flexible working, you'll train while earning, gaining valuable skills in accounting and taxation.

What You’ll Do
  • Work alongside experienced professionals while studying for AAT Level 3 & 4

  • Prepare financial reports, VAT returns, and tax computations for a range of clients

  • Gain 80% practical experience and 20% structured learning under an apprenticeship

  • Use financial software to record transactions and support business decision-making

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Friendly, adaptable, and detail-focused

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently

  • A strong academic record (GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent)
