My client, a leading property transformation company dedicated to turning homeowners’ dreams into reality with a world-class customer experience, are seeking dedicated and meticulous Industrial Cleaners to join their dynamic team. 

Day-to-day of the role:•    Perform cleaning tasks based on specified standards and procedures, ensuring all areas of the facility are clean and orderly.•    Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and steam cleaners.•    Handle and dispose of industrial waste according to environmental and safety regulations.•    Maintain cleaning equipment, performing basic repairs and reporting any malfunctions.•    Adhere to health and safety policies, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.•    Conduct routine inspections to ensure that spaces meet hygiene standards.•    Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Must hold a UK driving licence•    Experience in industrial cleaning or a related field is preferred but not essential.•    Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and the safety procedures for handling them.•    Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.•    Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.•    Attention to detail and conscientiousness in following through with tasks.•    Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.•    A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage time effectively.
