Client Relationship ManagerJoin my clients team at the forefront of Commercial Bird Control as a Client Relationship Manager. My client specialises in providing bespoke solutions across various sectors nationwide, including fouling clearance, bridge abutment meshing, and solar panel bird proofing. This role offers the opportunity to foster existing relationships and explore new business avenues without the pressure of hard sales.
Day-to-day of the role:•   Learn and understand their unique service offerings to effectively identify new business opportunities.•   Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while also establishing connections with potential new clients.•   Collaborate with Project Managers to pass on opportunities for them to develop and provide quotations.•   Conduct research and development to explore potential new markets and sectors.•   Stay informed with the latest industry news and identify effective marketing strategies with the support of the team.•   Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with relevant and high-quality information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:•   Engaging personality with proficiency in making outbound calls using ‘soft’ skills.•   Positive telephone manner and excellent communication skills.•   Strong organisational and planning abilities.•   Experience with CRM systems and the capability to input relevant and quality data.•   Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
Preferred Skills:•   Proficiency with IT systems and adaptability.•   Experience in soft sales across any sector.
