  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Oversee key client engagement activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales and service processes, including proposals, bookings, and compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a sales or customer service team.
