Job Overview:We are seeking a vibrant and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service, with a strong drive to achieve targets and grow our client base. You will play a crucial role in driving sales by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and providing tailored solutions to our diverse customer base.
Your Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- You are expected to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions that best meet their packaging and shipping requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Order Processing & Coordination:
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, including order processing and coordination with logistics teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and communication with clients and internal teams.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, activity summaries, and performance analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and customer engagement.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- A valid drivers license may be required for client visits.
