Vision for Education is looking to recruit NURSERY BANK STAFF to work on a flexible basis in nurseries across Plymouth.

About the role

This is a bank staff position to work on a ad hoc basis in our client nurseries across Plymouth. The successful nursery assistant will have the option to choose which days they are available for work, usually the hours are 9:00 - 17:00 but there can be exceptions to this.

The role will involve working in classes of varying sizes, supporting full time staff through the day and helping out where required. Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups. Experience in a nursery/primary school/care is required.

Vision for Education work with the majority of schools and nurseries in the Plymouth and surrounding areas. We are looking for a driven nursery assistant to assist these nurseries to a high standard.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Nursery Assistant you will:

  • Must have a level 2 in childcare or equivalent (desired but not essential)
  • Experience in a nursery, primary or care setting
  • Flexible where required
