Days only - 3 on 3 off, 12 hour shift

My client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Plymouth. The right candidate will work on machinery to perform preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks on a daily basis.

Further tasks include:

-Offer technical guidance and support to the production team in troubleshooting complex machinery issues.

-Serve as a subject matter expert on specific equipment, providing guidance and sharing expertise with colleagues.

-Mentor team members to enhance their skills in fault diagnosis and the application of technology.

-Employ technology for efficient fault identification and equipment oversight.

-Recognise and execute enhancements to current machinery, with an emphasis on cost efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety regulations.

-Lead process enhancement initiatives
