Are you a skilled Multi-Trade Operative looking for a new opportunity in the Plymouth area? Our client, a well-established company specialising in social housing and insurance work, is seeking a versatile professional to join their team.

The Role:

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment works across social housing properties and insurance-related projects.

Requirements:

• Primary trade:: Carpentry or Plumbing (essential)
• Fencing
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating
• Patch Plastering
• General Maintenance
• Experience working in social housing or insurance repair work (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving license (preferred)
