- Prepare and review financial statements for clients.
- Manage tax compliance, including returns and computations.
- Oversee bookkeeping and accounting processes.
- Manage client relationships through effective communication and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations.
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Provide tax advice and planning services.
Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:
- Experience dealing with clients.
- Proficient IT skills, Microsoft applications and Xero.
- Comfortable training and developing junior team members.
- Audit experience essential.
- Qualified by examinations or experience.
