I am recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to work on a hybrid basis - 3 days in Plymouth, 2 days remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

The role is to provide technical engineering capability for the Web Operations team, responsible for supporting production systems and working with Agile development teams to deliver new services in a highly available and supportable configuration using DevOps processes and tooling providing.

Candidates MUST have Lake Formation, Glue, Athena, Sagemaker and API Gateway.

Public sector experience, ideally central government is required for this role.

Strong experience of AWS API Gateway supporting the development of RESTful APIs, Sagemaker Studio, Lambda and supporting AWS data services such as ElastiCache (Redis), Glue, SQS, Athena and Kafka is essential.

Experience in working in DevOps and Agile environments is also essential.

You must have hands-on experience with Terraform to create, manage, and modify infrastructure.

You will need to be eligible for SC Security Clearance, as this will be processed once on site.
