The role of Senior Project Manager Fit Out will involve:

Senior Project Manager position dealing with fit out and refurbishment projects for the education and commercial market sectors

Taking briefs from clients, producing specifications, generating & following up quotations

Carrying out client visits to survey sites and gain a better understanding of project requirements

Co-ordinate and plan the site, managing the programme all the way through to competition

Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers

Liaising with the design team and amending quotes as design changes

Regular client liaison discussing technicalities of projects and providing updates

Producing RAMS and H&S documents for new projects

Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers

Working on projects ranging in value from £5k to £1.5m (looking after 5-7 projects at any one time varying in size)

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Project Manager Fit Out with

Must have 3+ years Project Management experience within the construction market sector, ideally will be from a fit-out / soft interiors refurbishments / house builder / developer / modular building / furniture market sector

Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs

Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills

Highly organised with good attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ideally will have SMSTS / SMSTS

Full UK driving license

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with numerous projects on the go
