Site Manager - Shopfitting£55,000 + Overtime | Based in Plymouth with Nationwide Travel
DK Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing shop fitting company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit outs across the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage live shopfitting projects from initial set-up through to successful handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, monitor timelines, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations on site
- Act as the main point of contact on-site, liaising effectively with clients and resolving issues promptly
- Travel across the UK as required (accommodation and expenses covered)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar site management role, ideally within the shopfitting or fast-track fit-out sector
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to travel and stay away as required
- Ideally based in or around the Devon area
