Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting a Site Manager for a Main Contractor working on a restaurant refurbishment in Plymouth.As a Site Manager you will be required to:* Liaise with trades.* Manage labour on site.* Manage materials.* Ensure tasks are completed on time and to required standards.* Carry out inductions* Follow health and safety procedures* Open and close siteThe candidate:You will be driven, hardworking and an ability to take ownership on site to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.Other requirements for the role:

* CSCS* SMSTS.* First Aid.* Extensive experience on similar projects.* Experience on Mitchell & Butlers projects ( not essential )

Duration - 01/09/2024 to handover on 23/09/2024 ( will be required for a few days after handover for snagging )

Working roughly 7.30am to 6.00pm, with the likely hood of working 2 weekends during the project duration.
