They are in need of an experienced Site Manager to join and compliment the existing team on an exciting new build scheme, We are seeking someone with a solid Main contracting background, gained specifically within Tier 1 contracting, a strong technical aptitude and a proven track record in delivering high quality public sector works to time and budget. In addition to being an established at managing people & processes, it's essential you have a comprehensive understanding of Building regs and the Building safety act, excellent H & S awareness together with good IT and communication skills. Applications are welcomed from academic or trades backgrounds but an SMSTS, a Manager's CSCS card and a First aid at work will be essential with Asbestos awareness, Scaffold inspection & Temporary works being advantageous.
