- Manage the customer relationship and associated project management activities.
- Identify and monitor project risks (threats and opportunities) and implement responses.
- Establish and maintain governance arrangements for project delivery, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
- Lead the project team to deliver world-class performance through employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- Implement the latest technology and lead on Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality within the project.
- Travel as required to meet project needs and client requirements.
- Extensive recent and relevant experience in a similar environment/sector.
- Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out.
- Awareness of various contracting methodologies, including NEC3.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent).
- APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) (previously APMP) or working towards it.
