- At least 3 years of experience in a construction management role, with responsibility for site health and safety or site supervision.
- A training qualification or CITB-recognized exemption.
- NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health.
- NVQ/SVQ Level 5 in Occupational Safety and Health.
- Health and Safety degree.
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (Part 2 or Units A, B, C, D).
- Diploma in Safety Management Level 6.
- Chartered Health and Safety membership (CMIOSH).
- Experience delivering H&S training in construction.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS).
- Experience delivering virtual training.
- Familiarity with online training tools.
