- Work with colleagues across all departments to drive the training agenda as a product and service within the business.
- Prepare and deliver their CITB SMSTS, SSSTS and Health and Safety Awareness training
- Work with external bodies to develop accredited courses/schemes.
- Stay up to date with and identify market needs and trends.
- Assist the HR Manager in producing training needs analysis for internal employees.
- Build productive relationships with customers and employees.
- Demonstrable experience of providing virtual training lessons
- Experience of using online Training tools.
- Experience of working on your own initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Up to date knowledge and experience of office software e Word, excel, outlook etc.
- NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health.
- NVQ/SVQ Level 5 in Occupational Safety and Health.
- Health and Safety
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Part 2, NEBOSH Units A, B, C and D
- Diploma Safety Management Level 6.
- Membership of Chartered Health and Safety professional (CMIOSH).
- Experience of delivering H&S training within the construction environment.
- A recognised teaching qualification (such as PTLLS).
