We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is based in Plymouth and offers a potential opportunity to become a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries via email, liaising with various departments, and performing general administrative duties.
Day-to-day of the role:- Responding promptly and professionally to customer query emails.
- Liaising with different departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Performing general administrative duties to support customer care operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using email and other office software for communication and administration.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.36.
