Service Coordinator 

My client in Plymouth, a commercial and domestic security company, is looking for a service co-ordinator to join their fast paced and busy office in Plymouth.

Established in 1985, my client has built a reputation for prompt, reliable service and a comprehensive 24 hour a day, 7 day availability throughout Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall.

This is a fulltime, permanent vacancy with progression opportunities for the right candidate. 

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers- Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history- Assist with invoicing and billing using Xero , Sage and Sim Pro- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management- Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette- Assist with office organization and maintaining inventory of office supplies- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service deliver

Skills:

- Proficient in using Sage or Xero for invoicing and billing purposes- Strong office and administrative skills, including data entry and document management- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Google Suite and ability to type accurately

Note: Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
